1. Begin creating stars by painting popsicle sticks blue, letting them dry, then gluing them together to form the Star of David shape. Then tie a silver ribbon to each star to form a loop.

2. Adhere Command™ Clear Mini Hooks onto your stair rail, wait 1 hour, then hang up the stars.

3. Adhere Command™ Clear Decorating Clips onto your stair rail above the stars, wait 1 hour, then hang up blue string lights and silver grapevine garland.
