– Paper Cupcake liners
– Lights
– Colorful ribbons
NOTE: Follow all Command™ Brand package instructions for proper surface cleaning and prep, adhesive strip placement and recommended weight claims. -
Instructions:

1. Simply affix lights to the surface using Command™ Clear Decorating Clips.

2. Then, place a colorful paper cupcake liner around each light and embellish with colorful ribbons to create "flowers" around each bulb.
